Polymath debuts 864, performances, new works at National Sawdust.
A group of composers, artists and musicians debuted new installations and collaborative works at National Sawdust on Sunday including 864: A Structural Score in Three Permutational Movements, a film by Devin Greenwood based upon an essay and visual scores by Vered Englehard. The group Polymath, is a bi-monthly working-group with the goal of bridging critical practices in the visual arts with music composition, pairing writers and composers into critical and creative teams. The group also includes Chris Botta, Anna Katsman, Chris Marianetti, G. Douglas Barrett, David Rothenberg, Malte Fabian Rauch, Christina Katopodis and Kenneth Kirschner who's piece "July 14, 2017" Greenwood also performed.
